Conical Locking Washers

Descriptions

Conical Locking washers – also referred to as Belleville washers – are spring washers typically used in heavy bolted applications, such as bus bars, transformers and flanges, etc. They are suitable for use with 8.8 high tensile bolts. Conical locking washers are designed to be able to take up movement in line with the fixing bolt, to compensate for temperature fluctuations or settlement of the bolt over time.

Conical Locking Washers have a very good range of I/D, O/D and thickness combinations that enable this range a wide choice of heavy duty bolted applications.

Pinstructure offers Contact Washers to DIN6796, in sizes 2mm to 30mm. We offer the following materials and finishes from stock:
